I already have an LCEEQ.ca account, but my password isn't working. What do I do?

Our new account system requires existing users re-register. The reason for doing this is to give you access to new sites that are powered by LCEEQ's new single sign-on. What this means for you is that you only need to remember one account for all the sites supported by LCEEQ!

Users who sign up with an email address that already had an account at LCEEQ.ca will have their old account automatically linked to this one!

I just keep seeing the same pages. Nothing is working!

We've discovered that some users are running applications which are affecting their browser experience. If you are trying to Login, Register an account, etc., and the pages continue to reload without doing anything, you should make sure you're not running third-party browser extensions design to make your web surfing "safe."

If you're not sure what any of this means, please contact your school IT personnel and have them uninstall any third party browser extensions or utilities that are scanning/modifying/checking web sites.

Should the problem persist, you should then contact us for support.
